Proficiency in Node.js for backend development and API integration.
Knowledge of Flutter for cross-platform app development (iOS and Android)
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js for state-of-the-art frontend development
Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker and Kubernetes

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Partner to help us expand our client base and build long-term relationships with companies seeking digital transformation.

Your Role

You will identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and represent TraunDesign’s creative and technical expertise.
Your focus is on developing partnerships, pitching design and innovation services, and supporting our growth strategy across international markets.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through online channels and networks
Present TraunDesign’s services in a clear, professional, and engaging way
Negotiate project terms and support contract closure
Maintain and grow client relationships with a long-term perspective
Collaborate with the design and strategy team to align offers with client needs

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in creative or tech industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis
Good understanding of digital design, UX/UI, or branding is a plus
Fluent in English or German (both preferred)

We’re looking for a skilled Developer to support our projects and bring digital experiences to life through clean, modern, and scalable code.

Your Role

You will collaborate with our design team to develop websites, web apps, and digital tools for clients across various industries.
Your focus is on turning design concepts into functional products using modern frameworks and reliable coding standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web and app interfaces
Implement technical solutions in close cooperation with designers and project leads
Work with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Ensure performance, security, and code quality
Continuously improve workflows and suggest technical optimizations

Requirements

Strong skills in React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Flutter is an advantage
