Challenge
The existing management of the tournament series was largely manual and confusing. Rankings were maintained in spreadsheets, communication with players was fragmented, and tournament registration required many manual steps.
Solution
A clickable prototype for a native app with real-time rankings, tournament management, and direct communication. The concept demonstrates how the best four results for finalist qualification can be calculated and Lions Trophy Card registration simplified.
